Student Email
Your coillege email account is accessed by logging into the Microsoft service portal https://login.microsoftonline.com/ using the email address and a password - initially supplied to each student when they join the college.
The Student Email service is part of the Office365 suite of products provided by Microsoft®
You can always contact IT Support for assistance with email and Outlook issues; however, self-sufficiency with regard to email management can significantly improve your productivity (and stress levels). Refer to the Microsoft website for further guidance.
If email access stops working from your mobile phone or tablet, it is usually because you have recently changed your main login account password (which is used also for connecting to your University email account). Whenever you change your login account password, the password stored in your mobile device—which the device uses to connect to the College's email server—will always need to be manually updated to match it. The service is available to all registered students. It is accessed via the Microsoft Service Portal using an Internet Browser. The link to the service portal is: https://login.microsoftonline.com/
All current registered students have access to the following cloud-based Office365 core applications via internet/browser:
Important note: When a student leaves college, their Office365 functionality is withdrawn. Any underlying stored data files, emails, calendar events, etc. are lost and cannot be recovered. Please make a backup of anything you want to keep on a personal storage device or area

- Outlook Web App - email, Calendar/Meetings, Contacts, Task Manager (50GB total space available for storage of emails, appointments, tasks, etc., including mail inbox).
- Office Online - online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. These offer reduced functionality when compared with the full, installable versions of the Microsoft Office applications.
Comparison with full-featured Office Products - OneDrive - 1 terabyte of personal file storage.
- Office365 Stream- a portal where Users can post and view video content.
- Current students are licensed to download, install and use the full Microsoft Office Application Suite - Microsoft Office ProPlus - on their personal Windows PCs/laptops, and various subsets of the Application Suite on MACs and mobile devices*.
