Security Information to Verify your Identity

Security info is an alternate email address or phone number that you add to your account. If you forget your password, or if someone else is trying to take over your account, Microsoft send a verification code to that alternate email or phone number. When you give the code back to Microsoft, they know that you’re really you and they can get you back into your Microsoft account. When this is set up,  if you forget your password you will be able to reset it yourself, from inside or outside college.
